Mental health is high on the discussion agenda of the citizenry now and that’s a positive step towards recognizing the importance of mental health as much as physical health.
Coronavirus had posited several lessons in front of us and we ought to learn from the times and renovate our perspectives.
The session introduced us to the three results of this Pandemic situation, summarized as CARE
C- Connections, A- Attaching Importance, RE- Relationships.
We need to alter our stigmas, nurture our relationships, build a dialogue around mental health ad spread positivity around are among the many takeaways from the session.
About the Speaker.
• Dr. Megha Dhillon is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology, Lady Shri Ram College,Delhi.
