Success of Pandemic and Climate Change

Pandemic and Climate Change.
A successful session on "Pandemic and Climate Change" by our guest speaker : Pandemic and Climate Change.
Assuming that everything will fall in place just because there has been low vehicular emission? The speaker enlightened us that might be the emissions have reduced but the plastic waste generated out of the essentials of the pandemic is humungous. Time and again development and environment have confronted each other and while man seemed to win the race, frequent cyclones and zoonotic diseases fetched pints for environment.
The earth is heating up, biodiversity is reducing and forests are burning- we cannot be complacent. The world is connected one and a loss of a species in Brazil is a loss for the entire food chain. Local communities are dying, the scepter holders of environment. There can be no restoration of this Anthropocene yet there can be reduction and caution. Just a jute bag for the groceries can bring enough change.
